Mewtwo no question. In the first pokemon movie Mewtwo defeated a high level garados in one hit. Lucario has his part fighter ability but Mewtwo pyshic powers are just too much.
i agree, just in pokefight part..... lucario would kick mewtwo's whiteish purple ass all over in a brawl/melee crossover.... /b/
That is only because the reaction times in brawl for over A and roll dodge are obscene.
